A: If this is the case then the answer is simple; at least it’s fairly simple. Your company needs to find a document control software system that allows for the protection and usage of digital signatures and of course the system will need to be validated. Look for a document control system that already provides TOQ validation and other forms of validation tools and props. Validation aids can save busy companies half the cost of a “typical” software validation.
Q: Do certain regulations that affect your company’s business demand that suppliers are audited and controlled?
A: In a time where 3rd-party suppliers reign supreme a great deal of manufacturing and research can be accomplished. However, 3rd-party suppliers often create a severe danger for the companies that are responsible for their “wares.” If this is the case for your company, invest in a web-based supplier management solution that can be launched from the same web-based platform as a document control solution. An audit solution that automates supplier and internal audits would also be of the utmost value.

First login your existing FRx and write down its version. For example if you are on GP 9.0, likely your FRx is 6.7.8XXX – or 6.7 with service pack 8. In this situation, if you will try to insert FRx 6.7 CD, coming with GP 10.0 (it is 6.7 with SP9) – FRx will be installed and then it will try to upgrade SysData forlder: Specification set files. Upgrade might be successful, however all the other users, who are on 6.7 SP8 will not be able to use FRx and will receive error message similar to the following: FRxDemo.f32 could not be updated. Verify that all FRx programs have been closed by other users, and that you have modify permissions for Sysdata directory. Please, follow the steps below to understand the issue and guidelines for fixing
- When FRx upgrade happens, it upgrades so-called specification set files. Specification set files are relatives to Microsoft Access DB files and they are getting locked during the upgrade and then when user call them. If user tries to call FRx specification files, located in Sysdata from older version of FRx workstation, locks are placed, but then there is no way out in old FRx logic. You can try two scenarios: roll back to old service pack or upgrade to new service pack on all the FRx workstations
- Rolling back. Here you should look at your system backup and locate FRx Sysdata folder from the day before. If this is your lucky day, first restart your computer or server, where FRx sysdata was hosted (to release locks, or MS Access ldf files), then restore it from backup
- Forcing upgrade. First recommended step is to reboot the server, hosting Sysdata folder. The other work around would be to uninstall FRx application on local computer, Citrix or terminal server and then reinstall FRx with different sysdata and IO_Data folders. Then change Sysdata folder path to the copy of the Sysdata – make a copy of this folder and in the copy delete all LDF files

Aside form games, music and pictures, load up your Sony Play Station Portable with movies and fully enjoy its features. The PSP has specific formats for movies and requires 320×480 video resolution, therefore using your windows media player to rip movies is not possible.
You will need a PSP video converter software. These are available online and you can download the free trial software to try it out.
The following are ways on how to copy DVD to PSP.
Before we start copying, make sure that you have the following items. One is the storage for your movie files, the 512 MB Pro Duo Stick, and on your computer is a DVD player, a DVD Ripper, and a PSP Video Converter.
If you search the internet, you can also find a DVD Ripper and Converter in one for about $30. To connect the PSP to your computer, also prepare the USB cable. For short videos that last 5 to 10 minutes, a 32 MB Card will do.
Rip the movie from a DVD and store it on your computer. You can do so once the disc is loaded by choosing the “extract” or “rip” option and save the file with the “add” button.
Select the ripped file and on the PSP video converter, choose the “extract and/or encode” button and save. Having the movie file in the correct format, you are now ready to copy it on your PSP.
Just get the USB cable attached from the computer to the PSP, and have a folder named “MP_ROOT” saved on the Memory Stick with a subfolder “100MNV01.” Except for the .HTM extensions, copy the movie files to this folder.
Now access Video, then Memory Stick to watch your DVD. Once you want to replace the movie, you can just repeat the steps.
